Zakuro āmuzu! Sabaku no ōsama [King of desert]
Lockseed: Zakuro
Name: Altair Fiero.
Age: 20
Bio:
One of three Lockseeds owned by Altair, the Zakuro Lockseed was one of the last Lockseeds developed by Yggdrasil before their facilities were shut down. Though the new Lockseed proved successful in tests, funding had already been cut short due to the company nearing bankruptcy, so it ended up being packaged with three other Lockseeds and a Sengoku Driver and left in Saudi-Arabia to be forgotten about. Interestingly, the Zakuro Lockseed is a reverse-engineered version of the infamous MESSIAH Lockseed used by Armored Rider Savior during the Black Linden incident.
Its code is LS-32 and is Class A. Compatible with the Sengoku Driver.
Sultan could be described as well balanced. At the height of 198 cm and weighing in at 145 kg, Sultan would be best described as a Jack of All Trades. His jumping height is above-average [slightly behind Gaim in Ichigo Arms at 35 m], his speed easily capable of catching up to a Sakura Chaser [at 129 m, per 8.4 seconds], his kicking power at 11.5 t. and punching power at roughly 12.1 t.
Sultan is armed with the Black Sea Scimitar.
Squash: Similar to Orange Arms, charging up the Black Sea Scimitar allows for the user to inflict multiple slashes with one blow.
Au Lait: This attack involves transmuting the sand around the user into additional limbs, enabling him to fight multiple enemies at a time, as well as being able to forge spare weapons from sand.
Sparking: As an evolution from Zakuro Arms' Au Lait, this attack allows for the user to literally turn his enemy's weapons and lockseeds into sand, removing their ability to fight. It is nicknamed the Philosopher's Touch.

At first glance, Altair is a cheerful, albeit eccentric fellow. A self-proclaimed explorer, he loves to mingle with people from many different backgrounds. But when you look deeper, it’s clear that Altair did not have a good upbringing. Until the age of 12, he grew up in an abusive household. His father was a cold-hearted bigot who frequently abused him, and only his younger sister providing some positive influence. At age 12, he ran away from home after his father tried to kill him. Though he got out safely, his sister didn't. Ever since, he has always hated the thought of seeing anyone oppressed and neglected like he was. But unlike Tomohiro, he is not beyond killing someone if necessary.
