Name: Jacques Tyler

Age: 19

Bio: Joan Tyler's twin brother, Rain was the first to be recruited for the Genesis Rider Project. Having been tutored by one of Professor Sengoku's assistants, Jacques is the brains of the group, as well as the most experienced out of the quartet. But this training process also left him cold and emotionless. As a result, he does not care about anything except the mission. This, naturally, brings him into conflict with the other Genesis Riders. 

Notes:

The early prototype suit for the Genesis Rider Duke, Rain was shelved by Ryouma Sengoku during the production stage, when he grew dissatisfied with the suit's final design. Supposedly he thought it looked too busy, and ordered it, along with Do-Q and O-Gi, to be shelved until further noticed. However, the project was instead outsourced to one of Yggdrasil's outposts in South Korea. 

It's code is ELS-0.3 and is Class S.
