Villains-

Maligna: Evil queen of the insectoid Malignoids, Maligna is a single-minded but crafty matriarch with only one goal; conquest of the galaxy and every living thing that are unfortunate enough to encounter them.

Scumbug: A mutant insect who defected from the Road Hogs to serve the Malignoid cause, Scumbug is the right-hand insect in charge of all activities in the West Coast.

Wyrm: A freakishly deformed worm mutant, Wyrm is a carnivorous creature bent on eating anything and everything alive. As one might suspect from such a monstrosity, he thrives on being a member of the Malignoid cause.

Skul & Bean: Twin generals of Maligna who share the same brain, Skul and Bean are lethal foes of the Mutanimals.

Antrax: Ferocious enforcer of Maligna's Divine Authority, Antrax maintains order within the Malignoid ranks, even to the point where he'd threaten Malignoid cowards with a spot on the chopping block.

Toxeem: A spider-mutant from the Pacific Desert, Toxeem joined the Malignoids out of self-interest.

Krang's Army-

Krang: Once the archenemy of the famous Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Krang was banished to the deepest regions of Dimension X long ago. While Shredder eventually perished in the maddening reaches of space, Krang survived. Albeit disfigured, Krang came across a dimensional wormhole that led him back to Earth, but in a different time; the future. Despite his setbacks, Krang eventually gathered a trio of hardy Mutants before aligning himself with Maligna to take revenge on Earth's populace for his exile.

Gunskull: A skull-wearing gunman, Gunskull is as deadly in appearance as his shooting is sharp. It was he who discovered the disfigured remnants of Krang's brain, before nursing the former evil overlord back to health. Having no previous master, Gunskull swore his loyalty to Krang and Maligna in exchange for superior weapons. Now he serves Krang as the overlord's right-hand man.

Guzzler: A half-human, half-motorcycle mutant with an eyeball for a head, Guzzler is pure evil. Unfortunately, his eye doesn't contain too much intelligence, as aside from his appearance, he's little more than a punk with a gun and an attitude problem. Fortunately, Krang has had experience in dealing with rowdy brainless punks.

Luna-Wing: A moth mutant from the darkest, dankest reaches of underground Seattle, Luna-Wing is as vain as he is beautiful. Balking at serving alongside two 'ugly dullards', Luna-Wing nonetheless serves Krang the best he can, proving himself to be a lot more competent than the other two.
And now for the villains of the Mutanimals.
