Bio: An elite unit of brainwashed civilians and lobotomised political enemies of Neo-Yggdrasil, the Shin Kurokage Generals are a far cry from their namesake. Harnessing the Matsubokkuri Energy Lockseed, the Shin Kurokage Generals are trained and psychologically conditioned to hold the God-King's safety above any regard for their own lives. Most startlingly of all, however, the Shin Kurokage Generals serve as spies of Neo-Yggdrasil, keeping a close eye on the people of Zawame by hiding in plain sight until they hear the slightest hint of dissent or see any minor act of misconduct. As such, the Generals are appropriately feared, since they could literally be anywhere or anyone.

Each Kurokage General is in possession of a Matsubokkuri Energy Lockseed. Unlike most Energy Lockseeds, the Matsubokkuri Lockseeds are designed to be cheap to produce, energy efficient, and easy for anyone to access. As a result, they do not possess a Sonic Arrow unlike most Genesis Riders, namely to keep manufacturing costs down. They were developed through reverse-engineering the Matsubokkuri and Hiwamari Lockseeds.
